For more than 60 years, Aci Rubber has adhered to and transforms polytetrofluorethylene whose chemical symbol is PTFE. This is a high performance fluorinated thermoplastic.

In 2011, we developed an in-house new technique that is very little used in Europe: Thermophormage at very high temperatures.

It allows:

 An increase in the index of the stamina of the materials, Stabilization of the PTFE, Excellent regularity of thicknesses even in the sharpest rays, Excellent memory of form

These parts can then be adhered to on all types of rubber

 Aci Rubber masters these processes perfectly.
